Suspicious Emails

Phishing emails often lead you to fake or “spoof” websites in an attempt to steal your private, sensitive data. These could look very unusual and not fit with what you expect from the company, or could appear very genuine – but end up having a suspicious URL in the web address bar. If you believe you’re on a spoof website, don’t enter any information.
Instead, all you have to do is copy the site’s web address and paste it into an email message; send it to fraud@ePaisa.com. Our security experts will examine the site and if it’s bogus, we’ll get it shut down. With this simple action, you’ll be helping us keep our entire community safe. Always be sure that you’re on a secure site before entering your ePaisa login information. To do so, check that the web address in your browser is https://payments.epaisa.com/ and that the locked ePaisa icon has populated next to this web address.

Security

EPaisa’s Approach To Security Is Designed To Protect Both You And Your Customers. We Monitor Every Transaction, We Continuously Innovate In Fraud Prevention, And We Protect Your Data Like Our Business Depends On It—Because It Does. We Adhere To Industry-Leading Standards To Manage Our Network, Secure Our Web And Client Applications, And Set Policies Across Our Organization.

Encryption And Monitoring

ePaisa enables trusted transactions between you and your customers by making secure payments as simple as possible. We do this by bringing to our sellers the technologies and monitoring that once were only available to the largest of merchants.

The ePaisa Reader keeps payment information safe by encrypting it as soon as it’s received. When buyers insert their chip card or tap their contactless card or device, it talks back and forth with the ePaisa Reader using encrypted messages to make sure it’s actually the cardholder who’s paying. The transaction information is also securely encrypted when sent to the buyer’s bank in a way that can’t be read by the seller, ePaisa, or anyone else. We track the purchase as it goes through our software. We monitor your money until it’s deposited into your bank account.

Partners In Security

epaisa is securing the merchant’s record for every transaction, which means we’re dedicated to keeping your business safe. We deal with the banks on your behalf and take care of compliance, regulation and processing so you can focus on running your business. We’ll go to bat for you if someone disputes a transaction, and we’ll make sure your money moves quickly and securely into your bank account. ePaisa does the heavy lifting. You just focus on your business.

Layered Security

Card-processing systems adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

In addition, we monitor each transaction to detect suspicious behavior from the moment it is processed to settlement. ePaisa uses algorithms to spot and freeze malicious or suspicious activity. We’re looking out for you and your customers at each step.
